Decide where each product shows up for sale — which storefront channels (Online Store, POS, etc.) and which collections — and schedule timed releases.
Where to find it: Open Sales Channels & Collections in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.
What you can do here
- Publish or unpublish a product to your online storefront and other sales channels
- Pick the exact channels and collections a product appears in
- Schedule a product to go live later, or group products into a timed “drop”
- Fix anything blocking a product from going live (a missing price or condition)
- Choose which channels are available to publish to with “Manage Channels”
How to: Publish a product to your storefront
- Find the product (use Search or the filters at the top).
- Check its Publishing Status — “Unpublished” means it is not visible to shoppers yet.
- Use the row’s action to publish it.
- The status changes to “Published” and the product appears on your selected channels.
A Dunk Low Panda you just set up shows “Unpublished”. Publish it and it goes live on your Online Store so customers can buy it.
How to: Publish or remove many products at once
- Tick the checkbox on each product you want (Shift-click to grab a range).
- Click “Bulk Actions” at the top.
- Choose to publish or unpublish, then pick which channels it applies to.
- Confirm — a large batch runs in the background and updates when it finishes.
Select 40 new arrivals, Bulk Actions, publish them all to “Online Store” in one go instead of one at a time.
How to: Clear a “Publish Hold”
- A red “Publish Hold” badge means a product can’t go live until a detail is filled in.
- Open the hold to see what’s missing — usually a price on a size, or the item’s condition.
- Enter the missing values and save.
- You can save and publish in one step once everything required is filled in.
A pre-owned pair is held because size 10.5 has no price. Enter the price, save, and the hold clears.
Good to know
- Unpublishing only hides a product from shoppers — it does not delete it or change your stock.
- Scheduling and “drops” let you line up a release ahead of time; nothing goes live until the scheduled moment.
- The channels you can publish to come from your connected store — use “Manage Channels” to control which are available.
- A product must be fully set up (sizes, prices, images) before it can be published.
