Group products together on your storefront — like “New Arrivals” or “Jordans” — so shoppers can browse them as one set. Where to find it: Open Collections in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.

What you can do here

  • Create a manual collection and hand-pick exactly which products go in it
  • Create a smart collection that fills itself automatically from rules you set
  • Add or remove products from a manual collection at any time
  • Pull in the collections you already have on your Shopify store

Buttons, fields, and controls

How to: Create a “New Arrivals” collection and add products

  1. Click “New collection”.
  2. Type a title like “New Arrivals” and an optional description.
  3. Leave the type set to “Manual” so you choose the products yourself.
  4. Click “Create collection”.
  5. Find the new collection in the list and click its manage-products icon.
  6. Search for each product you want, check it, and click “Add selected”.
Make a “New Arrivals” collection, then add this week’s Dunk Low Panda and Jordan 1 “Bred” so they show up together on your storefront.

How to: Create a smart collection that fills itself

  1. Click “New collection” and switch the type to “Smart (rule-based)”.
  2. Add one or more conditions, e.g. tag is equal to “jordan”.
  3. Choose whether products must match all conditions or any condition.
  4. Click “Create collection”.
A smart collection with the rule “tag equals jordan” automatically includes every Jordan you list now and in the future — you never add them by hand.

How to: Bring in collections from Shopify

  1. Click “Sync from Shopify”.
  2. Wait for the list to refresh — your existing storefront collections will appear.
If you already built a “Sale” collection directly in Shopify, syncing pulls it in here so you can manage it from AIM.

Good to know

  • Manual collections are best for a curated set you choose yourself; smart collections are best for groups defined by a rule (a brand, a tag, a price range).
  • A collection’s type can’t be changed after you create it — pick manual or smart up front.
  • Smart-collection products are decided by your rules, so you can’t add or remove them one at a time.
  • Deleting a collection here also removes it from your Shopify storefront.
