Review live StockX and/or used GOAT listings that look like pre-owned AIM inventory, then link each listing back to the exact AIM pre-owned unit.
Where to find it: Open Pre-Owned Listing Match in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.
What you can do here
- Choose StockX, GOAT, or both before scanning
- Scan active marketplace listings and find likely matches to pre-owned inventory
- Filter by listing age and available AIM pre-owned units
- Select one or more confident matches and link them in bulk
- Pick the exact pre-owned unit when a listing could match more than one AIM item
- Dismiss listings that are not real matches so they stay out of your current review
How to: Review and link a marketplace listing
- Choose StockX, GOAT, or both under Marketplaces.
- Use “Created within” to choose the listing window you want to review.
- Leave “Available pre-owned only” on unless you intentionally need to audit unavailable items.
- Review each row: compare marketplace, product, size, condition, ask, and the matched AIM pre-owned item.
- If the row has multiple possible AIM matches, open “Choose pre-owned unit” and pick the correct unit.
- Click “Link” on the row when it is correct.
A StockX listing for Jordan 4 Military Blue size 10 matches one available pre-owned unit bought last week. Review the row, then click Link.
How to: Link several confident matches at once
- Review the visible rows and use the checkboxes to select only the rows you trust.
- Resolve any rows that need “Choose pre-owned unit” before linking.
- Click “Link selected” to link the selected listings in one request (mixed StockX/GOAT selections are fine).
- The linked or skipped rows disappear from the table after AIM receives the result.
You review 12 rows from the last 24 hours across StockX and GOAT, select 9 clean matches, and click Link selected.
How to: Dismiss a bad match
- Compare the marketplace listing to the AIM pre-owned candidate.
- If the product, size, or actual unit is wrong, click “Not a match”.
- The row is removed from the current screen, but no inventory or listing link is changed.
StockX shows a Jordan 1 High size 10 but the AIM candidate is a Jordan 1 Low size 10. Click Not a match.
Good to know
- Rows come from live marketplace listing data, so a rescan can change what appears.
- GOAT links are match-only tracking — AIM will not automatically reprice those listings.
- A product-and-size match is still a suggestion. Confirm the exact unit before linking.
- Bulk linking is fastest after you filter to a recent window and dismiss uncertain rows.
