How to: Add stock for a single product

  1. Open Quick Actions in the sidebar, then choose Single Product Intake.
  2. Find the product (search by name or SKU), then pick the size.
  3. Enter how many pairs came in and what they cost you.
  4. Save — the units are added to your inventory right away.

How to: Look up a pair at the counter

  1. Open Quick Actions → Inventory Search in the sidebar.
  2. Scan the barcode or type the product/SKU.
  3. Read off the size, on-hand count, and where it lives.
A customer asks if you have the Jordan 1 Bred in a 9.5 — open Inventory Search, scan or type it, and see the count and shelf location.

How to: Ring up a walk-in sale

  1. Open Quick Actions → In-Store Purchase (shown only when your Shopify store is connected).
  2. Add the items the customer is buying.
  3. Complete the sale — stock is deducted and the sale is recorded.
Someone buys a pair off the shelf in your shop — use In-Store Purchase so the sale flows through your connected store and your count stays correct.

Good to know

  • Each Quick Action is a full page under the Quick Actions sidebar group — open the tools you use most and leave them bookmarked.
  • Some actions (In-Store Purchase, UPC Overwrite) only appear once your Shopify store is connected.
  • Single Product Intake is for quick one-off additions; for a full shipment from a supplier, use a Purchase Order instead.
