Where to find it: Open Print Labels in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.
What you can do here
- Build a list of items to print by scanning their barcodes or browsing your inventory
- Print labels for brand-new stock, pre-owned/special pairs, consignment items, or display cards
- Set how many labels you want for each item (one per pair, or a batch)
- Pick from your saved label designs, or create new ones under “Manage Labels”

How to: Scan items and print labels (Queue workflow)
- Make sure the “Workflow” toggle is on “Queue” and pick the right “Print Mode” (usually “Inventory”).
- Scan each item’s barcode with your scanner — it drops into the list on the right.
- No scanner? Click “Browse & Add”, select individual rows or all loaded results, then add the selection to the queue in one step.
- Adjust the number of labels per item if you need more than one.
- Click “Print Labels” to send them to your label printer.

- Use Search, or filter by Purchase Order, Location, size, or condition.
- Tick the items you want (or “Select all”).

Good to know
- Set up your label printer (e.g. a Zebra) first under “Manage Labels” — that’s where label sizes and designs live. If labels come out blank or cut off, check you picked the right design and label size there.
- The barcode on the label is what you scan back in at checkout and when receiving stock, so print one for every pair.
- Pre-owned and consignment items have a “Label Status” filter — set it to “Not Printed” to only see pairs still waiting for a label.
- In Browse & Add, use the header checkbox to select all loaded results or Shift-click row checkboxes to select a range. Items already in the queue are skipped.
- “Recent Jobs” lets you re-open and reprint a batch without rebuilding the list.
