Find products that are set up to sell on one marketplace but not the other (StockX or GOAT), and link them so they can be listed on both. Where to find it: Open Catalog Sync in AIM — you will be asked to sign in first.

What you can do here

  • See which products are missing from one marketplace’s catalog (StockX or GOAT)
  • Run a check that finds the matching product in the other marketplace’s catalog
  • Review the suggested match — its name, image, sizes, and how confident the match is
  • Pick a different match if the suggested one looks wrong
  • Link (promote) the match so the product can be cross-listed
  • Review open recommendations one after another in a confidence-sorted bulk queue
  • Ask a marketplace to add a product its catalog is missing, when no match exists
  • Download the pending requests as a CSV to paste into the marketplace’s submission sheet

Buttons, fields, and controls

  1. Look at the list — each row is a product that’s linked to one marketplace but not the other (the green/purple badges show which).
  2. Click “Check” on a row to have AIM search the missing marketplace’s catalog for the same shoe.
  3. When the review panel opens, read the suggested match: its name, image, and the match strength (Strong / Review / Weak).
  4. If it looks right, click “Promote link” — the product can now be listed on both marketplaces. (Only an admin can promote.)
A Jordan 4 “Bred” is linked to StockX (green) but shows GOAT ✗. Click “Check”, AIM finds the same shoe in GOAT’s catalog as a Strong match, and you promote the link so it can list on GOAT too.

How to: Pick a different match

  1. Open a row and check it. If the suggested match is wrong, look under “Other possible matches”.
  2. Type the shoe’s name (or style number) in the search box and press Search to look through the catalog.
  3. Click “Use match” on the correct result to switch the suggestion to it.
  4. Then promote the link, or click “Reject” if none of the matches are right.
The suggestion came back as the GS (kids) version. Search “Air Max 1 Patta Noise Aqua”, find the men’s version, click “Use match”, then promote.

How to: Check many products at once

  1. Use the “Direction” buttons on the left to narrow the list (for example, only GOAT → StockX gaps).
  2. Click “Scan all gaps” to queue checks for every product in the list at once.
  3. Come back later and review the suggested matches — the percentages and statuses fill in as the scan finishes.
Filter to 38 GOAT → StockX gaps and click “Scan all gaps”. AIM checks them in the background; later, 31 show suggestions while 7 remain unmatched for manual review.

How to: Review recommendations in bulk

  1. Click “Bulk review” above the catalog gaps table.
  2. Choose a review order, such as confidence from high to low or low to high.
  3. Review the same match details, alternatives, risks, and size mapping shown when you open a table row.
  4. Choose “Use for my business” or “Reject”. The next open recommendation appears automatically.
  5. Choose “Skip” to leave a recommendation unchanged and move to the next one.
Review 12 suggestions from strongest to weakest. Accept the exact Jordan 4 Military Blue match, reject a kids-size mismatch, and skip a colorway you want a manager to verify.

How to: Ask a marketplace to add a product it doesn’t carry

  1. On a gap row, click “Request on GOAT” (or “Request on StockX”) — the button names whichever marketplace is missing the product.
  2. A form opens on the same screen showing that marketplace’s submission fields for that one product. Most are prefilled from the marketplace that already carries it, plus any details your business has overridden, and the link to the existing listing is attached automatically.
  3. Check the details, correct anything that is wrong, and click “Create request”.
  4. Open the request from the Catalog requests tab, then click “Download file” to get the submission file for that product.
  5. Once you have sent it to the marketplace, click “Mark submitted” so the request stops showing as outstanding.
A house-brand tee is on StockX but GOAT has no catalog entry, so no match will ever be found. Click “Request on GOAT”, confirm the prefilled details, and download the request to send in.

How to: Download all pending requests as a CSV

  1. Go to the Catalog requests tab.
  2. Click “Download all as CSV” to get every pending request, or tick specific rows first to download just those.
  3. Open the file and paste the rows into the marketplace’s submission sheet — the columns are in the same order as the sheet.
  4. Requests that still have blanks are included so you can finish them on the sheet, but they stay marked as drafts in AIM until they’re complete.
Nine requests are waiting. Click “Download all as CSV”, paste the rows into the shared submission sheet, and send it over in one go instead of one product at a time.

Good to know

  • A product only shows a “Request” button for the marketplace it is actually missing from — you can’t request one that already carries it.
  • Requesting is the right move only when no catalog match exists. Run “Check” first; if a match comes back, link it instead.
  • Match strength is a guide, not a guarantee — “Strong” matches are usually safe, but always glance at the name, image, and sizes before promoting.
  • Promoting a link only affects your business. It links the product for you; it never changes the shared StockX/GOAT catalog or anyone else’s setup.
  • Watch the “Review notes” — flags like “Colorway needs review” or “Size coverage incomplete” mean it’s worth a closer look before promoting.
  • The “Eligible” column shows whether the product’s condition is allowed on the target marketplace; “No” usually means a pre-owned item that the other marketplace won’t accept.
