# Marketplace Sales

> See every sale from your outside sales channels — StockX, GOAT/Alias, eBay, and your Shopify store — in one place, and track each one through payout and shipping.

See every sale from your outside sales channels — StockX, GOAT/Alias, eBay, and your Shopify store — in one place, and track each one through payout and shipping.

**Where to find it:** [Open Marketplace Sales in AIM](https://aimventory.com/sales) — you will be asked to sign in first.

## What you can do here

* View all your marketplace sales together, or filter to a single channel like StockX or eBay
* See what each sale actually pays you after the marketplace takes its fees
* Turn on profit columns to see how much you made on each pair
* Print shipping labels for StockX and GOAT orders and confirm GOAT orders
* Fix sales that didn't link to a pair in your inventory so their profit shows up

## Buttons, fields, and controls

## How to: Find a specific sale

1. Use the channel tabs on the left to narrow to one marketplace (e.g. StockX), or stay on "All".
2. Type a product name, size, or order number into the search box.
3. Optional: filter by status (like "Shipped") or by location to narrow further.
4. Click any row to open the full order details.

  Looking for a StockX sale of a Jordan 1 "Chicago"? Open the StockX tab and search "Chicago" — the matching order appears.

## How to: Print a shipping label and ship an order

1. Open the StockX or GOAT/Alias order you need to ship.
2. For GOAT orders, confirm the order first if it's waiting on your confirmation.
3. Click the shipping-label action to download or open the label.
4. Pack the pair and ship it with that label.

  A GOAT sale of a Dunk Low size 10 comes in — confirm the order, print the Alias label, box it up, and drop it off.

## How to: Fix a sale that shows "Not tracked"

1. Look for sales marked "Not tracked" — these aren't linked to a pair in your inventory yet, so they show revenue but no profit.
2. Click the "Match sale to inventory" link on that row.
3. Match the sale to the correct pair in your inventory.
4. Once linked, the sale's cost and profit will show.

  An eBay sale of a Yeezy 350 shows "Not tracked" — click Match sale to inventory, pick the matching size 9 you have on hand, and its profit appears.

## Good to know

* Payout is what you actually receive after the marketplace's fees — it's usually less than the sticker price.
* Profit columns are hidden by default; turn them on with the toggle when you want to see margins.
* A "Not tracked" sale isn't broken — it just hasn't been matched to a pair yet, so it can't show profit until you match it to inventory.
* These are your outside-channel sales. Walk-in and in-store sales live on the Retail Sales page.
