## How to: Ship an order

1. Find the order in the list (it shows the product, size, marketplace, and order number).
2. Pack the pair into the right box.
3. Click the ⋯ (more actions) button on that order's row and get the shipping label (see the next task).
4. Once it's labeled and going out, click "Mark fulfilled" on that row.
5. The order drops off the unshipped list — that's how you know it's done.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  A Jordan 4 Bred size 10 sold on StockX. Pack it, download the StockX label from the ⋯ menu, stick it on the box, then click "Mark fulfilled".
</Tip>

## How to: Print or download a shipping label

1. Click the ⋯ (more actions) button at the end of the order's row.
2. Choose the label option — "Download label" / "View label" for the marketplace label, or "Print 4x6 thermal label" if you use a label printer (StockX).
3. The label opens or downloads as a PDF — print it and tape it to the box.
4. StockX and Alias/GOAT labels are created automatically; if the option isn't there yet, the marketplace hasn't finished generating it — wait a moment and try again.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  For an Alias/GOAT sale, open the ⋯ menu and choose Download label; the prepaid PDF downloads so you can print it on a 4x6 sticker.
</Tip>

## How to: Find unshipped orders (and ship several at once)

1. Type a product name or order number in the search box to jump to one order, or scan a barcode using Barcode Scan Ops.
2. Use Filters to narrow the list by location, marketplace, or status (for example, only "Order Created").
3. To label a batch, tick the checkbox on several orders that are the same marketplace and the same location.
4. Click "Create Bulk Labels" to generate all their labels together, or "Mark as Picked" to flag them as pulled from the shelf.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  Filter to your Miami location, tick five StockX orders, and click "Create Bulk Labels" to print all five at once.
</Tip>

## Good to know

* Bulk labels only work when every selected order is from the same marketplace and the same location — mix them and the button will tell you.
* Pick Mode, Pick Runs, and Pack Mode (left side buttons) are step-by-step helpers for warehouses that pull and pack in batches.
* Use "Cancel order" in the ⋯ menu only when you truly can't ship it (lost pair, damaged) — it marks the order as cannot-fulfill and asks for a reason.
* Click "Show Stats" to see how many orders are waiting and their total value; "Export CSV" downloads the current list for your records.
