# Sync Health

> A checkup that finds mismatches between what your marketplaces show live and what AIM actually has in stock — so a sold-out pair can't keep selling. You can run it by hand, or set it to watch and clean up on a schedule.

## What you can do here

* Run a check on demand to see listings that are out of sync with your stock
* Catch listings still live for sale with zero on hand — the ones that cause oversells
* Set a monitor that re-checks on a schedule so you don't have to remember
* Let it automatically take down zero-stock listings for you (opt-in)
* See a history of past runs and exactly what each one took down
* Reactivate StockX listings that quietly expired so buyers can see them again

## Buttons, fields, and controls

## How to: Run a check right now

1. On the left, pick a Report type — start with "Zero Stock" to find oversell risks.
2. Optionally narrow it with the Marketplace (All / StockX / GOAT) and Sync target filters.
3. Click "Check Listings". AIM reads your live marketplace listings and lists anything out of sync.
4. An empty or all-green result means nothing needs your attention — that's the goal.

  A Dunk Low Panda size 10 sold on StockX but its GOAT listing is still live. Zero Stock catches it so you can pull it before someone buys a pair you no longer have.

## How to: Set up an automatic monitor (recommended for Zero Stock)

1. Pick "Zero Stock" as the Report type.
2. Turn the "Monitor" switch on — it changes from "Not scheduled" to scheduled.
3. Under "Handling", choose "Manual" (just report what it finds) or "Auto cleanup" (take zero-stock listings down for you).
4. Set "Cadence" — Hourly is the practical setting; the scheduler checks about once an hour.
5. Click "Save Monitor". If you chose Auto cleanup, you'll be asked to confirm, because it will delist without you.

  You turn on Zero Stock monitoring with Auto cleanup, hourly. From then on, if a unit sells on one channel while a duplicate listing is still live on another, AIM takes the dead listing down within the hour — no oversell, no manual cleanup.

## How to: Confirm the monitor is working

1. Look at "Report History" at the bottom of the left panel.
2. After the next scheduled run you'll see a row marked "Scheduled".
3. Each row shows when it ran, issues found, and how many listings were delisted — plus a status badge.
4. The metrics above (verified delists, verification coverage) fill in as scheduled cleanup runs and its take-downs are confirmed on the marketplace.

  An hour after saving, Report History shows "Scheduled · Auto cleanup · 2 issues · 2 delisted" with a green badge — proof it ran and cleaned up two stale listings on its own.

## How to: Reactivate expired StockX listings

1. Pick "Expired" as the Report type.
2. Click refresh to pull the latest from StockX.
3. Reactivate one at a time with its row action, or use bulk reactivate for many.
4. Reactivated listings go live again at their previous price.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
  StockX expired 12 of your listings overnight. Open Expired, bulk-reactivate, and they're visible to buyers again in one click.

## Good to know

* A manual "Check Listings" only looks — it never changes a listing. Only "Auto cleanup" takes anything down, and only for zero-stock items.
* Auto cleanup won't remove a listing that still has stock on another channel — a unit cross-listed on StockX and GOAT keeps the listing that still has inventory.
* Most days these checks come back empty — that's success, not a problem. Small, short-lived mismatches right after a sale are normal while marketplaces catch up.
* Hourly is as often as the scheduled monitor runs; setting a shorter cadence won't make it check more frequently.
* If the same items keep showing up, the cause is usually a marketplace account that needs a reconnect — not your stock counts.
* "Report History" is your audit trail: it's how you verify unattended cleanup did the right thing.
