A private, pre-loaded sample business where you can try AIM for real, without connecting any of your own accounts.

**Where to find it:** [Open Your demo store in AIM](https://aimventory.com/demo-guide) — you will be asked to sign in first.

## What you can do here

* Explore a stocked catalog, live-looking listings, completed sales, and purchase orders
* Change anything you like — stock, prices, product details — and see what happens
* Take the guided tour, or follow the suggested ten-minute walkthrough
* Download the full demo guide for the questions this drawer does not cover

## Buttons, fields, and controls

| Control | Where | What it does | When to use it |

| Take the 2-minute tour | Top of the page | Walks you through the screens that matter most, in order, with the demo data in place. | Start here if you would rather be shown around than click blindly. |
| Workflow cards | Middle of the page | Jump straight into inventory, listings, orders, purchasing, adjustments, or analytics. | Use these when you already know which part of the product you came to evaluate. |
| Time remaining | Demo banner, top of every page | Counts down how long your store has left before it is deleted. | Check it before starting anything long; ask us for more time if you need it. |
| Request access | Demo banner, top of every page | Starts the process of getting your own AIM account with your real inventory and channels. | Use it when you have seen enough and want to talk about your own store. |

## How to: Follow one pair through the whole system

1. Open Purchase Orders and pick one that is partially received.
2. Receive a few units and watch the stock count update on its own.
3. Find that product in Inventory and check its stock by location, cost, and size run.
4. Open Listings to see the same units priced across channels next to market data.
5. Open a completed sale in Sales and read the profit breakdown.
6. Finish in Analytics, where that sale now appears in margin and sell-through.

<Tip title="Real-world example">
Receiving 3 pairs of a Jordan 4 on an open PO moves them into stock, makes them listable, and — once one sells — into your margin reporting, with no re-keying anywhere along the way.

## Good to know

* Nothing here touches a real marketplace. Actions that would reach StockX, GOAT, eBay, Shopify, or your billing are turned off, and AIM tells you what would have happened instead of showing an error.
* Your store is private to you. Other people trying the demo at the same time are in entirely separate businesses.
* Everything is deleted when the countdown ends, including anything you entered — treat it as scratch work.
* You can close the tab and come back. The one-click link works once, but the email also has an address and password that get you back in for as long as the store lasts.
